Take the old one away
The old sofa, mattress or appliance goes on the same visit. Retailers of electricals have take-back obligations under the WEEE regulations,1 so for appliances it’s often something you already offer.
The customer has just confirmed. They’re picturing the delivery: where it goes, what happens to the old one. It’s the best moment to offer the thing they’ll want anyway, with a secure link to pay.
Yes, I’ll be in
Thanks Sam, you’re all set for Wednesday 14 October, 8am–12pm.
At checkout they’re still deciding whether to buy. A few days before delivery they’re planning for it: clearing the room, wondering about the old one. That’s when a useful add-on feels like good service.
One relevant offer per confirmation, matched to what’s being delivered. You set the offers and the prices.

Carried up the stairs to the room they want, not left in the hall.
Built in place by the crew while they’re there.
The cardboard and plastic leave with the van, not in their recycling bin.
Narrow the four-hour window to one, for customers happy to pay to wait less.
A mattress protector with the bed, fabric protection with the sofa.
Protection against spills and accidents, offered while the new item is on their mind.
Anything your crews can do on the visit, priced by you.
The offer rides along with the confirmation the customer already gets. Paying happens on a secure payment page, and the add-on lands on the order.

A confirmation is a service message. An offer is marketing, and the rules for it are different. AnyoneIn keeps the two apart.
Offers only go to customers who have consented, or where soft opt-in applies, in line with PECR.2
Automated marketing calls need prior consent, so the agent doesn’t make them. It never takes card details on a call, either.
One offer, easy to ignore, after the delivery is sorted. It never gets in the way of the answer you need.
Opting out works on every channel, for offers and messages alike.
There’s no extra fee for upsells. When they launch, you pay a revenue share on what they bring in, on the Growth plan and above. If an offer doesn’t sell, it costs you nothing.
Indicative pricing, to be confirmed at launch.
