Run a 60-day pilot on your own deliveries.
We’re taking on a handful of UK retailers and carriers for a 60-day pilot, with a hold-out group so you can see the difference in your own numbers.
Your company
- 60day pilot
- Hold-outgroup, measured
- 12months founder pricing
What the pilot includes, and what we ask of you.
Design partners get AnyoneIn early, with the people building it on hand. In return, we ask for a little of your time and the truth about what works.
What you get
-
A 60-day pilot
On your real deliveries and collections: email, then text, then an AI call, on your brand. We help with set-up and send a results report every week.
-
A result you can trust
A hold-out group runs alongside, so the difference in failed visits is measured on your own jobs, not taken on faith.
-
Influence over the roadmap
Which integrations come first, how the console works, what the agent says. Partners’ problems go to the top of the list.
-
Founder pricing, locked for 12 months
If you carry on after the pilot, your per-job rate is fixed for your first year, whatever happens to our list prices.
What we ask
- 20
A weekly 20-minute check-in
One person from your side, to go through the week’s results and tell us what to fix.
An anonymised case study, if it works
Only if the numbers are good, and only with your sign-off. No names unless you want them.
That’s it. And your first 2,000 jobs in the pilot are free.
How a hold-out group proves the result.
A small random share of jobs goes out the way it does today. Everything else goes through AnyoneIn. After 60 days, the gap in failed visits is the result.
- 1Split at random
As jobs arrive, about one in five is held out. Nobody picks which, so the groups are fair.
- 2Run both for 60 days
Held-out jobs go the way they do today. AnyoneIn confirms the rest, and catches the ones that won’t work in time to rebook.
- 3Compare failed-visit rates
Same weeks, same routes, same drivers and crews. The difference is down to AnyoneIn.
From first job to the read-out.
-
Days 1–7
Set up
Connect your jobs through the API and webhooks, with our help. Set your brand, tone and the slots it can offer. Agree the hold-out split.
-
Days 8–14
Soft launch
A slice of jobs first. We read the conversations together and tune the wording before it goes wider.
-
Days 15–53
Full pilot
Every eligible job, with the hold-out running alongside. A weekly results report and your 20-minute check-in.
-
Days 54–60
Read-out
Failed-visit rates against the hold-out, contacts your team didn’t have to take, and what customers said. Then you decide.
A good fit if you
- Deliver or collect in the UK where someone has to be in: signed-for, age-checked, high-value, two-person or installs
- Lose drops and crew slots to nobody being in, or to collections that aren’t ready
- Can send us jobs through an API, or have someone who can
- Have one person who can give us 20 minutes a week
Take a pilot place.
Tell us about your deliveries and collections. We’ll reply within one working day, and start with a 30-minute call to check it’s a fit.
What does the pilot cost?
Your first 2,000 jobs are free. After that, jobs are charged at your plan rate, only for jobs where we get an answer, with messages and calls included. See pricing
What happens after 60 days?
You see the read-out and decide. If you carry on, founder pricing is locked for 12 months. If you don’t, we switch it off, and your data is handled as our data processing agreement sets out.
What if it doesn’t work for us?
Then the hold-out group will show it, and you’ll know within the 60 days. We’d rather learn that honestly than sell you something that doesn’t pay back.
Do we need a developer?
Someone who can call an API and receive a webhook. Prebuilt integrations with order systems are on the roadmap, and partners help decide which come first. For developers
