Who we are
AnyoneIn is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
For the personal data described in this notice, we are the controller. That means we decide how and why it's used, and we're responsible for looking after it.
What this notice covers
This notice covers people who visit this website, fill in one of our forms, or otherwise get in touch with us about AnyoneIn.
It doesn't cover your customers' data in the product. When a retailer or carrier uses AnyoneIn to confirm deliveries and collections, they are the controller of their customers' data and we act as their processor. That processing is governed by our data processing agreement (DPA) with them and by their own privacy notice. If you're a customer of a retailer who uses AnyoneIn, please contact the retailer first. What we collect
When you book a demo or apply to be a design partner
- Your name, work email address and company
- Your role (retailer, carrier or other) and roughly how many jobs you handle a month
- The main problem you want to solve, and anything you write in the message box
When you ask us to email you an ROI breakdown
- Your name, work email address and company
- The numbers you entered in the calculator, and the results it worked out. These are business figures, such as delivery volumes and costs, not personal data about anyone else
When you visit the website
- Technical information our server needs to send you the page and keep the service secure: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use this for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting
- We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't build profiles of visitors
The ROI calculator runs in your browser. If you share a calculator link, the numbers are in the link itself, and nothing about you is.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we've weighed our interests against yours and kept what we do to what you'd reasonably expect. You can ask us for more detail.
Where it's stored
This website is hosted on Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium, europe-west1). Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure there are appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo requests: for [24 months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our contract sets the terms
- Server and security logs: for [30 days], unless we need them to investigate a security issue
- If you ask us to stop contacting you: we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Erase it, in some circumstances
- Restrict how we use it
- Object to our use of it, including for direct marketing, which we'll always honour
- Move it to another organisation, in some circumstances

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (opens in a new tab).

We'll update this notice when what we do changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If a change matters, we'll make it clear on this page.
