Every collection confirmed before the van sets off.

Reverse routes lose whole slots to items that aren’t ready, aren’t boxed or aren’t there, and the retailer ends up fielding the refund chasing. AnyoneIn checks each collection with the customer the day before, so your round only visits returns that are ready. You can offer confirmed collections to retailers as a service most delivery tools don’t cover, with outbound deliveries on the same integration.

  • Collections and returns first
  • White-label for each retailer
  • UK-built, hosted in the UK or EU

Tomorrow’s round for one van. Illustrative.

  1. 20 stops on tomorrow’s roundCollections and drops, none confirmed yet.
  2. Each one checked the day beforeSomeone home, the item ready and the right one. Pins turn amber as customers confirm.
  3. Six won’t be readyNot boxed, not in, or the wrong item. They rebook or get flagged, and come off the van before it’s loaded.
  4. Rebuilt from confirmed stopsThe round is re-optimised with only the jobs that will happen.
  5. A shorter round, a fuller vanFourteen confirmed stops, and 38 km and 1h 50m back on one van.

What gets checked before a collection goes on the round.

The customer gets the retailer’s email, then a text, then a call, with the questions a collection needs. The retailer’s prep instructions go out with the confirmation, so your crew arrive to something they can take.

  1. Someone home to hand it over

Confirmed like any delivery. “My son will be in” counts, and his name goes to the crew.

  2. The item ready, or taken apart

Dismantled if it was assembled, emptied and easy to reach. If it won’t be, you hear before the van is loaded.

  3. The right item and quantity

Every message lists exactly what’s being collected, so a missing chair or the wrong model comes up now.

  4. Prep instructions with the confirmation

Box it, tape it, have it by the door. Whatever the retailer needs, in the same message.

Wexcombe Home: Hi Priya, we’re collecting your Halden fridge freezer Wed 14 Oct, 12pm–5pm. Will someone be in to hand it over? Reply YES, or tell us what suits you.

Yes, but it’s still plugged in and full

Thanks Priya, that’s confirmed for Wednesday 14 October, 12pm–5pm. Please empty it and switch it off the night before so it can defrost, and leave a clear path to the door.

Will do

Confirmed · will be emptied

Each retailer’s customers hear from their own brand.

You run one integration. The customer only ever hears from the shop they bought from.

A per-drop API, and one integration for every retailer.

Your routing or transport system makes one call per collection or drop, with the retailer’s brand on it. Outcomes come back by signed webhook. Connect once and it covers every retailer you work for.

  • Add a retailer without new work: it’s a brand on the request, not a new project.
  • Outcomes per retailer, so you can show each one its first-time success rate.
  • Sell confirmed collections to retailers as a premium service, with each one’s results to show for it.

Outbound deliveries run the same way.

Signed-for parcels, age-checked orders, high-value goods, installs and two-person drops go through the same agent. Every drop is confirmed the day before, and routes are built from confirmed jobs only.

Failed drops you can’t re-bill

The driver went, the van went and the slot went. The contract says you can’t charge for it twice.

Low route density

Every no-show is a hole in the route, with miles driven between the drops that did happen.

First-time success SLAs

Retailers measure you on it. A customer who wasn’t in still counts against you.

The contacts land on you

“Where’s the van?” and “can you come tomorrow instead?” end up with your depot, not the retailer.

Run the numbers as a carrier.

The carrier preset drops the lost-order margin, because that’s the retailer’s loss, and counts the wasted slot and the redelivery in full. The returns preset weights the round towards collections and counts the value stock loses while it waits.
