There are two rates. Two-person jobs are two-person, install and bulky deliveries, plus every collection or return. Signed-for jobs are deliveries one driver hands over with a signature or an age check, at the lower rate.
Then the job is free. The agent works through email, WhatsApp or text, then a phone call with one retry, only in sensible hours. If there’s still no answer, the job is marked unreachable and flagged in your console so your team can decide what to do before dispatch.
No. WhatsApp, texts, email, AI calls and the customer page are all included in the price per job. Fair use: answered calls average up to 3 minutes a job across the month. Above that, it’s £0.10 a minute.
Yes. You pay for answered jobs, or your plan’s monthly minimum if that’s more, so you always know the floor. You can start with some routes, regions or job types, and we’ll agree a monthly cap with you and tell you before you get near it.
You get a results report comparing the jobs AnyoneIn confirmed with a hold-out group it didn’t contact. If the numbers work, you move to a 12-month contract on the plan that fits your volume. If they don’t, you stop at the end of the 60 days.
Yes. The Carrier plan is £0.85 per two-person drop and £0.35 per signed-for drop at any volume, with a £2,500 monthly minimum. A white-label version on each retailer’s brand is £150 a month per brand, and one integration covers every retailer you deliver for.
